The challenge
To establish a new production line for manufacturing battery enclosures, the project required experienced installation and commissioning specialists. In addition to installing the mechanical and electrical system components, all on-site activities had to be coordinated in a structured way to keep schedules, interfaces and project progress on track.
The project was delivered in an international environment and included mechanical and electrical work, along with coordination of PLC programming and commissioning. Multiple disciplines had to be managed efficiently and brought together into a smooth overall process.
Our solution
We provided an internationally experienced team for the mechanical and electrical installation of the production line, and also handled the PLC programming and complete commissioning.
Through centralised on-site coordination, we managed all activities, interfaces and schedules in a structured manner. The close integration of installation, programming and commissioning enabled a controlled and efficient project process through to the start of production.
