The challenge
The new system had to be integrated within tight space constraints, without disrupting existing operations or causing extended downtime. At the same time, stringent requirements for throughput, operational safety and seamless integration with the existing production line had to be met.
Our solution
As a tailored solution, we designed and delivered an incline conveyor specifically adapted to the material being conveyed. The system was engineered to provide high throughput despite limited space and to integrate efficiently into the existing production line. In addition to the technical design, we managed the complete implementation—from assembly through to integration into ongoing operations.
